Quality Control
To guarantee the quality of our products, we have always insisted on 100% inspection of our finished products and we have adopted abundant inspection equipment in our QC department such as LED aging tester, withstand voltage tester, leakage current tester, insulation resistance tester, integrating sphere tester, intelligent electric quantity measuring instrument, etc.
Besides, we also adopt Goniophotometer to carry on tests of luminous flux, light intensity and color temperature distribution, and homogeneity of light to generate IES testing data so that our customers can design and simulate lighting effects via light design software such as the DIALux. We also provide DIALux simulation service.
LED aging test which is often used to identify product defects and measure product performance and safety in harsh testing environments such as high temperature and pressure is also necessary to ensure the stability and durability of lighting products.
