How do you ensure your products quality and service?
All our production process strictly adhere to ISO9001 procedure, and we also offer clients 3-5 years warranty from the date which B/L issued. If the products doesn't work properly as promised, and the problem is caused by the quality issue, we will provide exchange service for the same item.

If we don't find what we need in your website, what shall we do? Can you make the products according to custom requirement?
Yes, we can provide bespoke service to custom exact specification. You can send us the detailed specification of the products you are in need and our engineer team will check whether it is workable for us. Or you can send us the samples and our engineer team can understand it better.

Can I just buy 1 or 2 pcs of sample for testing before place the bulk orders?
Yes, samples orders are always welcome, we are confident on our lights quality and we believe that you will place bulk order to us once you test our samples.

What is your delivery time?
If the ordered item is in stock, then we can ship the goods to Shanghai port within 5 days after your deposit. If the ordered item is no stock, the delivery time is based on the order quantity, generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 20 days to deliver to Shanghai port.
