Do you have any certification like BIS, CE, RoHS, TUV and others?

Yes. We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, China energy saving certification, CB, CE, ROHS, and IEC. For EU customers, our products can pass the new ErP2.0 and EMT2.0 requirements.

Can you provide customized services?

Yes, we provide one-stop solutions including ODM/OEM, custom lighting modes, logo printing, housing color changes, and packaging design. Details are formally confirmed prior to production.

What are your terms of payment?

We accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight, DP, online orders, West Union, and PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit with the remaining balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading. Long-term partnerships are open to negotiation.

What is the difference between a Motion sensor and a PIR sensor?

Motion sensors (radar sensors) emit high-frequency electromagnetic waves to detect movement. They have a detection range of 10-15 meters and are highly sensitive. PIR sensors detect changes in ambient temperature and usually have a range of 3-8 meters.

Do you offer a guarantee for the products?

Yes, our standard warranty is 2 years. We also offer 3-5 year warranties for premium product series. Under normal usage conditions, the lights operate reliably well beyond 3 years.
