Yes, we support customization:
1) Custom color box: please send us your design, we will ask printing company help to do it.
2) Logo on product: please send us your logo, we can laser printing it on the product.
3) Custom product: if you need some special product, please tell me the detail, our engineer will help us to make it true.

What is the warranty policy for your LED lights?
Our factory provides a 5-year warranty for TUV T8 Led Tube Lights, Led Tri proof Lights, Led wall Lights, and Led Down Lights. For the standard model listed, it comes with a 3-year warranty.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and sample lead time?
Our MOQ is 5pcs, and we welcome sample orders. The sample delivery time is within 3 working days.
What is your production capacity and after-sale service commitment?
We have a production capacity of 100,000pcs/month. For after-sale services, we promise a 24-hour reply and free of charge exchange for qualifying goods.
