Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional commercial lighting manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales, and service, with our own brand. We have our own factory and production lines in China, and 100% of our products are exported overseas. We are not a trading company. What international certifications do your LED lighting products have?

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, we provide complete and professional OEM/ODM customization services. We offer customized product solutions based on your project requirements, from specific product parameters to installation methods (surface mounted / suspended) and packaging. Just provide us with your detailed requirements and documents, and we will propose solutions and quotations according to the quantity and technical complexity.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I purchase samples for testing?
We offer flexible MOQ options:
- Sample order: 1-10 pcs for quality evaluation and market testing.
- Bulk order: >10 pcs OEM custom order: MOQ determined by customization complexity and material procurement.
We strongly recommend testing samples before bulk purchase, it is the best way to ensure the product meets your project requirements.
What is your warranty period? How is warranty handled?
Our indoor LED linear luminaires typically come with a 5-year warranty, which can be extended to 7 years for special requirements. During the warranty period, if a quality issue occurs (not due to misuse), please provide photos or videos of the failure, and we will provide a solution within 24 hours. All our products are 100% tested before shipment, and our defect rate is kept extremely low.
Do you test all products before shipment? What is your quality control process?
Yes, we strictly control quality through a four-stage process.
First, incoming material inspection checks all core components and hardware.
Second, in-line QC includes multiple lighting tests on each production line.
Third, all products undergo a 2 hour burn-in test after assembly.
Finally, strict sampling inspection is performed before shipment.
