Packing, Shipping & Payment

Packing: Individual LED PCBs are packed in plastic ESD bags. Custom packaging, pearl cotton, or blister trays are used for extended length boards.

Shipping: Shipments are arranged via sea, air, and express options including DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, and EMS.

Payment Terms: We accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, L/C, and PayPal (for sample orders). Incoterms accepted include FOB, CIF, and EX-work.

Quotations are generally processed and sent within 2 workdays. Clients may also suggest specific suppliers for special components if required.
Are all PCBAs, LED PCBs, LED Drivers, and LED Controllers tested prior to delivery?
Yes, every product undergoes testing based on your specific quality and functional criteria. We conduct 100% aging tests on LED PCBs and drivers, and functional tests on LED controllers.
How do you determine the pricing of your products?
Pricing depends on order quantity, product dimensions, components, and layout complexity. We evaluate files and Bill of Materials (BOM) individually to provide an accurate quotation.
What information is needed to begin design work on a custom LED PCB?
If Gerber files are not available, we can develop the design based on parameters such as: the application environment, board dimensions, input power, desired LED chip brand, and target CCT.
